CutPay — short-video advertising you pay for by views and sales
CutPay is a marketplace that connects brands with short-video creators (clipmakers). Creators make videos for a brand's brief and publish them on their own channels. Every video is checked automatically, and the brand pays only for verified views and for paid orders made with the creator's personal code.
The service currently operates in Russian. Brands join by invitation; creators sign up in the CutPay Telegram bot.
- Pay only for verified results
- Automatic check of every video
- No minimum deposit
Videos about your product — no manual moderation, no paying blind
You describe the task and set the rate, creators make videos, and CutPay checks every video and counts views using the platforms' official data. You are charged only for what is verified.
-
Brief and rate
Describe the product, what must be shown and what to avoid. Choose platforms, a rate per 1,000 views and a bonus per paid order.
-
Budget on hold
Top up your balance with the amount you need — there is no minimum deposit. The campaign budget is reserved at launch.
-
Creators publish
Creators pick the task, get a personal code and a
cutpay.ru/go/…link, and publish videos on their own channels. -
Pay for results
A video counts after the automatic check. Views are paid on day 14 after publication; the order bonus is paid for orders confirmed by your server.
Pricing: you set the rates and bonuses yourself; CutPay charges a 20% commission on top of creator payouts, only for verified videos.
Earn from short videos
Make videos for brands on your own channels and get paid for views and for orders made with your code. Tasks, codes, video submission and payouts are handled in the CutPay Telegram bot and the creator account.
-
Connect your channel
Confirm the channel with a code in its description, or sign in with the platform (for YouTube — with your Google Account).
-
Pick a task
The campaign feed shows the rate, the order bonus, the platforms and a short brief.
-
Get your code and link
For each campaign you get a personal code, a
cutpay.ru/go/…link, banners and the full brief. -

Send us the link to your video. The check usually takes up to 15 minutes.
How accruals and payouts work

- 21-day hold from publication, then the money can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals from 1,000 ₽ once a week — to a card or via SBP through a payment partner, or in USDT (TRC-20).

How CutPay uses your YouTube data
A creator can connect their YouTube channel by signing in with Google. CutPay gets read-only access and uses it for two purposes only: to confirm that the channel belongs to the creator, and to count views of the videos the creator submitted to a campaign — these numbers determine the creator's payout.
-
Channel ownership
With the
youtube.readonlyscope we read your channel ID, title and handle, and check that each submitted video was published on that channel. -
Statistics of submitted videos
Only for videos you submitted to a campaign: views, likes, comments, publish date and duration, and with the
yt-analytics.readonlyscope — views and engaged views. We use them to calculate your payout. -
Read-only
We never post, edit or delete anything on your channel. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or to train AI/ML models. The brand sees only your channel and the statistics of the submitted video.
-
You can revoke access
In your creator account: “Channels” → “Disconnect” — the access token is revoked at Google and deleted. Or in your Google Account: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). CutPay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
What counts as a view?
Views from the platform's public counter. We read them through the official platform APIs on a schedule and pay based on the snapshot on day 14 after publication. Screenshots and manual input are not accepted.
Why does CutPay ask for access to my YouTube channel?
To confirm that the channel is yours and to read statistics of the videos you submitted to campaigns. Access is read-only: we do not request your other videos and never change anything on the channel.
How do I disconnect my channel or delete my data?
In your creator account open “Channels” and press “Disconnect”, or remove CutPay in your Google Account permissions. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page or write to info@cutpay.ru.
How is fraud prevented?
The automatic check looks for duplicates and re-uploads, anti-fraud rules flag sudden spikes and unnatural engagement, and suspicious videos are reviewed by a person. Creators are paid only after the hold period.
Who can become a creator?
Anyone aged 18 or older with a channel on a supported platform and a Telegram account. One channel can belong to only one creator.
Brands: write to us and we will send an invitation to the brand account. Creators: sign up in the CutPay Telegram bot (18+).
