CutPay Terms of Service

Version of October 15, 2026, supplemented on October 16, 2026. This is an English translation of the Russian version at https://cutpay.ru/terms; both versions have the same content.

The CutPay service (cutpay.ru, app.cutpay.ru, the CutPay Telegram bot) is provided by Global Bridge LLC (ОсОО «Глобал Бридж»), Tax ID (INN) 9909704508, 185/1 Yunusaliev St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, info@cutpay.ru.

1. What it is

CutPay connects advertisers with short-video creators:

  • the advertiser creates a campaign with a brief and tops up the balance;
  • the creator publishes videos for the brief with their code and link;
  • CutPay checks the videos, counts views and sales made with the code, and pays the creator from the campaign budget.

2. Who can use it

The service may be used by persons over 18. One person — one creator account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping access to your account safe.

3. Advertisers

  • The campaign budget is reserved at launch. Charges are made for verified videos at the campaign rates.
  • CutPay's commission is 20% of the budget unless the campaign states otherwise.
  • The unspent balance can be returned on request from the account.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the advertised product and the content of the brief.

4. Creators

  • A video is counted after the automatic check against the brief. Views are accrued on day 14 after publication. The money becomes available for withdrawal after the hold (21 days from publication; longer for new creators and for videos under suspicion).
  • Withdrawals start from 1,000 ₽, no more than once a week. The network fee for a USDT payout (3 USDT) is paid by the creator and deducted from the amount.
  • For fake views, swapping videos, someone else's content or circumventing campaign rules the accrual is cancelled, and amounts already paid are withheld from future accruals.
  • You are responsible for your channels and for complying with the platforms' rules.

5. Prohibited

  • fake views and clicks;
  • multiple accounts of one person;
  • other people's videos;
  • malicious and illegal content;
  • attempts to hack the service or bypass its restrictions.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the actions of platforms (blocks, changes in statistics and rules) or for outages of payment systems and the blockchain. If an amount is credited or charged by mistake through our fault, we correct it using the operations ledger.

8. Disputes and changes

Complaints and disputes — through support in the bot or at info@cutpay.ru; the response time is 10 business days. We publish a new version of these terms on this page with its date.

9. Connecting platforms

A creator can connect a channel by signing in to the platform account (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, VK). Access is read-only. It can be disconnected in the account (“Channels” → “Disconnect”; for Instagram and TikTok — when the channel has no videos under accounting) or in the platform's own settings. CutPay uses YouTube API Services: by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); how Google processes data — https://policies.google.com/privacy.
